It's Almost Here

Sometimes my chest hurts and I start to panic when I think about the surgery being less than a month away.

6-8 weeks without Ryan.

6-8 weeks without Ivy.

6-8 weeks without Auggie.

Of course I will see them. They will come to the hospital to visit and we will have some togetherness but then they will leave, and I will not be with them.

How will we do this?

And then I remember that 6-8 weeks in your whole life is not that long.

And it will be worth it.

For this guy, I would do anything.

  1. it does feel l;ike a long time but i like your perspective!!

praying and praying hard for you ALL!!! sy will do wonderfully with Him (and you guys) at his side!!

  2. Sylas will do great look how far he has come. We all are praying for him and your family.

  3. praying with you for a successful surgery and for Sylas healing to be quick and complete. That God comforts you are away from your little ones God Blessing to all of you.
    . .

  4. I love your mothers heart and feel for you...but God!...Through Him and Him I know you will be amazed and blessed by this very trial. Your children and husband are blessed to have you! Laurie P

  5. For that guy, you HAVE done EVERYTHING! Best wishes from a fellow micro-preemie mama who's son is alive, but not enjoying quite the same positive outcome as yours... (:

  6. Praying and thinking of you. Let us know if we can do anything jandsshort

  7. Your children are so beautiful. Thoughts and prayers going out to you in this tender yet exciting time for your family.
