It's About Time

Wow! What a year. I can't believe it's taken me so long to get this blog up and running. It's been on my to do list forever, but with everything that's been going on, it wasn't getting high priority. Maybe I was waiting for life to slow down. Silly me. My life isn't slowing down, but is full of adventure, triumph, trial and most of all love. So, here I am, knowing the importance of documenting Sylas' life and also knowing that there are still many people out there praying for our family. I'm hoping that this will be a place where I can say what I really think and how I really feel and also a place where I can connect with people around the world who have followed our story and have loved us through it all.

  14. Hi Morrisons,
I have been keeping up with your family through WCCO and Noemi's blog. Thank you for sharing your story, and for being so open about your faith in the Lord. Please know that fellow Christian brothers and sisters (like myself and my husband) in Iowa are praying for you and thinking of you. Your children share the same birthday as my husband; they were born on his 24th b-day. :) God bless you, Morrison family!

  15. Hi Brianna-
Thank you for sharing your family with us. I worked with Jacquelyn Senske at Target, which is how I have followed your story. Also, Noemi has taken pictures of my family. And, we were in the hospital at the same time. I have twin girls who are 13 months old. They were born on June 12 and were in the NICU with Sylas. We were in different rooms, but I was always thinking and praying for your babies. We also saw you a few times in the tunnel, but I just didn't know what to say, so I would just pray for you, Ryan and the babies.
I am so excited to read your blog, so thank you for sharing your family with me.
    Blessings,
    Melissa

  16. I'm another one of those people who first heard about you on the news, then somehow found Noemi's blog and started reading there for news about your family (and kept reading her blog because I enjoyed her pictures and what she wrote). I'm glad to "see" that your family is doing well.v
